For direct replacements, we will provide a quotation detailing the current price and lead time along with any expediting options which may be available for time-sensitive situations.
Should the item you have requested be obsolete or end-of-life, we will provide you with details of a proposed alternative solution which will include the full specification along with the current price and lead time.

LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT
As part of our streamlined procurement service the Critica team can provide logistics support. We are able to arrange shipping on your behalf or we can liase with your current logistics provider to facilitate the prompt dispatch of goods to the required location.
As you would expect, we have extensive knowledge of global export licence requirements, import and export duties, and all the other red tape aspects involved in international trade and transport.
